Software Licensing Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, VectorDrop grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute the compiled Expert Advisor (.ex5) on MetaTrader 5 terminals tied to your authorized account slots.

2. License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the EA.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the binary files.
• Modify or create derivative works based on VectorDrop software.
• Circumvent or tamper with cryptographic license validations and server endpoints.

3. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets in and to VectorDrop and its algorithms remain the sole property of VectorDrop and its licensors.

4. No Warranty

The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, profitability, or error-free execution on third-party broker servers.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms or cancel your underlying subscription.
